COMPUTER-GENERATED TAGS MUST be printed on white or very light card
stock. Please do not use regular copy paper.*** Enter your items and print your tags using the Registration and Tagging
System. It's very easy!!! Just follow these steps.
- Click on our "Registration and Tagging System" link.
- If you are a new consignor,
click on "Create User Account" and choose a Seller Number. If you are a returning consignor,
click on "Register Here", to sign up for this sale.
- Login and start entering your item information. ***ITEM ENTRY
WILL CLOSE ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 20th, at 8am. You may continue to print your tags after this time but you will not be
able to enter new items or edit items after 8am. We HAVE to close items entry at this time in order to get an inventory count
of gender/sizes for allocating rack space.
- Print your tags on smooth,
white or very light cardstock***
(prints 8 tags per page). Verify that your tags have printed correctly. Your print/ink should
be vivid, not faded or blurred.
- Check the Discount:YES/NO option and make sure
it has printed what you want. All items that are printed Discount:Yes will be discounted 50% on the last day of the
sale. All items that you have selected to Donate (if not sold) are by default also assigned Yes to the Discount field;
this cannot be changed. You/We cannot change the discount field with a pen/marker; the scanner scans the barcode which
is what was entered in the system. If you want to change your discount selection, you will have to change it in the
system and print a new tag.
- Refer to the "Attaching Tags" info and
illustration below to attach your tags to your items.
- HELPFUL HINT: Your tagging process will be much easier if you enter,
print, and tag a page or two at a time instead of printing all at one time. Please note that the 8 tags should almost fill the page. If your tags print very small, you will need to change
your print option on your printer. Please call or email if you have this problem.

HAVE TO MANUALLY ENTER YOUR TAGS AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $10 HAND-PROCESSING FEE. PLEASE FOLLOW
THE GUILDELINES FOR PRINTING ON LIGHT CARD STOCK AND CHECK THAT YOUR BARCODES ARE CLEARLY PRINTED.

CLOTHING ITEMS (VERY IMPORTANT!!!) Hang clothes on hangers
- hanger should face left like a question mark. Use a safety pin to attach the tag to the clothing item (on
your right side, as shown). NO STRAIGHT PINS. If
you have a 2-piece outfit, refer to the illustration for proper hanging on a single hanger or you can use two
hangers and connect the hangers with a rubberband or safety pin. Use one card per outfit; i.e., a 2-piece outfit should
only have one card. Pants, shorts, skirts, capris, etc. should either be
hung on pants/clip hangers or pinned to the hanger with safety pins so
they may be easily viewed without taking off the hangers. Instead of hanging shorts, capris, pants, etc. as illustrated, pin them over the hanger so they will not slip to one end.
NON-CLOTHING ITEMS: All clothing must be hung, including infant onesies. For toys or other non-clothing
items, use packaging tape to attach the tag securely to the item (scotch tape does not hold well enough). You can use
ziploc bags (or saran wrap taped securely) for small toys, multiple items or books and then tape the tag to the outside of the ziploc bag. Tape all ziploc bags closed
so the item(s) cannot be removed.
